Presidents and gay sex scandals aren't words we often hear side by side, especially involving DJ's from Tennessee that go by the name of "Chocolate." But the President of Taiwan, Ma Ying-jeou has been implicated in a wacky gay sex scandal.

Chen Shui-bian, the country's former president, made the allegation during a corruption court hearing. Chen complained that during the last election (which he lost), the courts suppressed a video that showed his rival Ma having sex with a DJ from Tennessee called "DJ Chocolate."

According to the Taipei Times, "Chen said the DVD belonged to [the DJ] Mack’s wife, Chang Wei-chin, who
said she was a good friend of Chen and his wife, Wu Shu-jen. Chen said
Chang had intended to use the DVD to ruin Ma’s presidential prospects
last year, but the prosecutor prevented her from publicizing it."

Ma has called the rumors "ridiculous," but Taiwan's legislature actually devoted an entire 'state affairs forum' to their President's sexuality with some calling on him to come out of the closet.

The Coen Brothers, famous for directing No Country for Old Men, Fargo, and The Big Lebowski (among other films), have momentarily turned their attention to the Green Movement.

They produced this funny commercial which spoofs the idea of "clean coal."

Many politicians have expressed interest in developing technologies that would reduce the environmental impact of coal, but others claim that "clean coal" simply does not exist. For example, Cherise Burda of the Pembina Institute has said:

"(Coal) scrubbers remove some particulates, SO₂ , Hg⁽²⁺⁾ , and SO₃
– pollution that causes smog – but they will do nothing to reduce
greenhouse gas emissions that cause global warming. In fact, scrubbers
are energy intensive and could lead to more of these emissions, leaving
us further unable to meet Kyoto targets."

A very disturbed Ethiopian man has been arrested for trying to send President Barack Obama a letter containing his dried HIV infected blood. Saad Hussein, who is an Ethiopian refugee living in Chicago, was arrested after sending bloody letters to various government agencies, in hopes of reaching The President.

Fox reports:

"In the weeks leading up to Obama's inauguration, Saad Hussein, an Ethiopian refugee in his late 20s, sent an envelope
addressed to 'Barack Obama' to offices of the Illinois government in Springfield, Ill., according to court documents. 

The
envelope contained a series of curious items, including a letter with
reddish stains and an admission ticket for Obama's election-night
celebration in Chicago's Grant Park. Court documents said Hussein, who
takes drugs to treat a mental illness, later told FBI agents he is 'very sick with HIV' and cut his fingers with a razor so he could bleed
on the letter."

This man is obviously crazy, and authorities say the letters posed little risk.
