He’s playing the victim. He knew he had to claim those winngins to the IRS. Boo hoo for him. There are plenty of people who go to prison for tax ‘avoision’ (thank you Simpsons) who aren’t gay.

He wins $1 million on one of the most successful reality shows during it’s landmark first season and doesn’t report it to the government…yep, they only got him because he’s gay. This is just further evidence of how stupid he really is…

I want to believe him, but he just sounds like a whiny kid blaming everyone else because he won’t admit (probably even to himself) that he screwed up.
BTW, anyone know whatever happened to his kid?

People piss me off. Why the FUCK would a man who WON Survivor not claim the winnings to the IRS, then blaim it on being GAY. I’m trying not to curse, but still this is one of those situations that call the need for the magical word ‘Moron’.

He’s talking about the prosecutor not liking him, well you know what? when you go on a nationally televised show and show your arse [literally and figuratively], then people are going to think that’s who you really are.
He got exactly what he deserved.
Additionally, I thought men who went to prison came out with shaved heads, and bulging muscles…

All you guys are right about winning $1 million dollars on a nationwide televised show and then not claiming it to the IRS. ANYONE would be audited! It’s not rocket science…..also he’s stupid to think it’s a “gay” descrimination thing. Anyone would be audited under those circumstances.
BY THE WAY, ANDY, RICHARD HATCH IS SHOWN NAKED (FRONTAL) IN THE MOVIE, “ANOTHER GAY MOVIE–THE SEQUAL” AND IT’S NOT A PRETTY SIGHT!!!!! I think he’s gained quite a bit of weight since his “Survivor” days. Plus, he can’t act. His eyes did catch my attention though, but that was his only exceptional feature.

Mehhhh, I am having a hard time feeling bad for him.. If what he says is true, it doesn’t make sense to me that he would go to jail, so obviously something isn’t right with his story. Seems to me like he’s skipping something in the story

To be honest, if the IRS wants to “enforce the tax laws” they should also have the politicians pay their taxes!!
