Wait until the ad comes out, as most media outlets have reported its gonna talk about the story how the mom’s anti-abortion decision brought the world Tim Tebow which millions of people support.
Obviously you can be pro-choice, pro-life, anti-abortion, anti-choice, blah blah blah…..but you have to say that his mom took a positive stand and had a positive result bringing her son into this world.
Yes the group focus on the family is antigay… but i’d rather put that group into a different debate. because it’s the story of tim tebow coming into this world.
What if some of us (on manhunt) had parents that decided to have an abortion instead of having us…..then we could never enjoy such a great site like manhunt. The more that can experience gay sex thru parents not having abortions is something I applaud.

I don’t know enough about Tim to criticize but looking at the photos with different girls; I had a thought. I have found that the ones who publicly declare their “religiousness” are usually the biggest hypocrites i.e. “I believe homosexuality is wrong, I sleep around with lots of women, objectifying them as sexual objects and I break all kinds of commandments but it’s OK cause at least I’m not gay…” Can’t trust folks who use that type of logic!

Why can’t people just be accepting like we are? There’s NO room in this world for people who don’t agree with us! What is this world coming to if they’re allowed to express opinions that we don’t like?!

It’s not a little debate on preference AAA, it’s a decision that affects people’s lives. We can’t get married in most states because of these people. It’s fine to have your own opinion of your family values, but that doesn’t give you the right to tell what mine should be. If we never challenged some people’s “opinions”, we’d still have slaves and women wouldn’t be able to vote. I’m all about different viewpoints, but I’ll never tolerate limiting freedom.

I’ve never heard of him being anti-gay…. I think him and his Mom is more pro-choice because of the great things not having an abortion has brought us. I’m sure all of us would be pro-choice if it was concerning our parents having us.

They have the right to express their beliefs, morals and standards every bit as much as we do. They may be offensive to us, but what we do, say, think and believe is just as offensive to them. A few thoughts:
Whether or not Tebow is pro-gay, anti-gay, gay, straight, whatever… no doubt this ad is going to be used to raise money for Focus on the Family, and THEY are most assuredly anti-gay. These groups believe they’ve probably lost the abortion war even if they continue to win small battles here and there, as a solid majority of people in this country support abortion rights in at least some cases. Only a handful agree with the extreme (no exceptions) position advocated by FOTF and their ilk. Accordingly, they’ve made gay rights and gay marriage their #1 target.
At best he’s an ignorant pawn in their schemes; at worst he’s complicit in them. Neither speaks highly of him. Either way, the money this kind of promotional effort generates will go straight into efforts to block the progress of gay civil rights. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t sleep with this douche if he begged.
