Exactly! Also not only can this guy cover his tattoos up with generally accepted office attire, the truism that the “white collar” world doesn’t like tattoos is bogus in and of itself. The majority of people in the US under the age of 35 have at least one tattoo now. They’ve become widely accepted and fairly commonplace. Many offices just don’t care anymore and even if they did, they wouldn’t be able to care for long. I work in a white collar profession and plenty of my co-workers (myself included) wear clothing that reveals their ink. We’ve never been spoken to about it or asked to cover them up. And I don’t live in NYC, San Fran, or LA so it isn’t a reflection of a highly permissive culture. Furthermore, the founder of Macy’s was inked. The company’s red star logo was taken from a tattoo Mr. Macy got when he worked on a whaling ship.

Excuse me? Jack London…good example-LAST CENTURY. Tattoos may have meant something for military guys 40-50 yrs ago. Now they are just fads. Once grandmothers started getting inked..game over. Coolness factor–shot to hell. I would dare say that the majority of people 18-35 have some ink somewhere.
