Silver chest hairs drive me insane.

We consistently make the assumption that the entire gay community is obsessed with youth, when that’s so far from the truth that it’s just plain ridiculous. I’ve been attracted to older men ever since I knew, on the most basic level, that I was attracted to men. Even through the periods of denial, guilt and struggling with my sexuality, I knew that I’d rather bounce on Steve Kelso‘s dick versus someone my own age.

No, I don’t have daddy issues. No, I wasn’t molested or abused. No, there isn’t any history of psychological issues in my family. No, I’m not making this shit up to make a point.

I like older guys. I always have, I always will… It’s to the point where I’m tremendously envious of guys who go gray early. I gave up my virginity to someone more than twice my age, just to run my fingers through his salt and pepper chest hair. (His thick, eight-inch dick didn’t hurt either… Well, actually it did, and I swore off bottoming for years afterward because of it.)

Now, perhaps this is “TMI” for a post that began with a simple question—inspired by Jeff Grove and Josh Ford‘s encounter below—but I wanted to make sure this was a safe space for people to say “hot” or “not” without fear of judgment. Let’s try to chat about this topic in the most respectful manner possible, okay?

as difficult a concept as this seems for most gay men, we will ALL age; so we really only get 2 choices: grey or bald (some even get both!) There’s no escaping it. So I find it sadly perplexing (if not outright offensive) to be asked by a gay hook-up site whether turning grey is “hot or not”.

Unfortunately, ageism is alive and well in the gay community as far as sex goes. A lot of guys who refuse mature men don’t realize that one day they will be older. The karma bus is on the way to them. beep! beep!

I like older guys as well, I don’t particularly have a thing for grey hair but I don’t have any problems with it either. Especially when that hair is attached to a hot guy.

I think what’s healthy is that people have an open mind when it comes to finding someone attractive. People who have very specific and limited types are only going to be frustrated… Both when they are young because someone who is physically attractive to them may be an unsuitable lover or just doesn’t reciprocate their interest, and when they are older and the guys they find hot are no longer going to bed them. Rather than focusing on whether grey pubes are hot or not, why not focus instead on the individual? I know everyone is going to have likes and dislikes, but being rigid about “types” only leads to disappointment. In my personal experience, the guys I’ve slept with that I thought were insanely hot were often terrible lovers. It taught me that what’s really important is a whole host of factors, not just one or two attributes to either revere or revile.

Pretty cool comments so far. Unless I’m mistaken, even sexy Joe Parker had some gray facial hair in a recent post. My view has evolved. Gray pubic hair, bushy gray beards, and long gray hair still leave me cold, but most other kinds of gray look fine on an attractive man, especially one with a hot physique. Obviously everyone ages but it is perfectly reasonable for a younger guy to be attracted to people his own age rather than to people who look like his father… actually to the bitter gray queens its creepy that you are so distraught the young boys dont like your grays.

I have always loved older men , the gray hair gets me rock hard. Speaking with my ex rookie today . He was 36 when I was 22 and I remember the hottest sex I can recall was with him , especially after he let his hair grow back and the flecks of gray in his body .. So fucking hot .. I’m 40 now and I still think he and for that matter all older are hot to death and. As I become what I once was attracted to I look forward and thank God for every year ..I’m reminded of a quote ,”Its not every year you get older but every day you get newer”. I was taught to respect my elders . They had to have done something right to get there.I love myself in this skin ,probably cause I was blessed to find the goodness in the gray.All of you should try it ,instead of Troll bashing someone simply based on age.
