That sound you hear is (what’s left of) my soul slowly unraveling, as I watch this atrociously annoying video of Ricky Martin on Glee. It’s also the sound of Ricky Martin performing LMFAO‘s “Sexy And I Know It”, a song that needs to die unless Samuel O’Toole is shaking his ass to it in front of me. <– This actually happened. Ugh, it was glorious. I almost died, and I had to fight my desire to take a sketchy picture.

Yeah, that’s pretty much all I have to say about this topic. When does Smash premiere? It’s going to be terrible and involve way too many “feelings”, but at least I can squeal like an idiot every time Anjelica Huston‘s on the screen.

…with the sad news that Don Cornelius passed away this morning. For you younger mo’s, Don was the creator and host of the ground-breaking dance show Soul Train. Scores of popular entertainers including Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, James Brown, and (really?) David Bowie made appearances during the show’s 35 years on the air.

If you’ve ever been at a party/bar mitzvah/wedding/orgy and people lined up in parallel formation to cheer on crazy bitches busting out insane moves down the center, you can thank Mr. Cornelius for that.

The gay community tends to like to dance, and you can’t tell me that there weren’t more than a few family members poppin’ and lockin’ on one of those platforms during Soul Train’s heyday.

The even sadder news? He didn’t just pass away. TMZ says that he shot himself. Lord. He was reportedly despondent since his divorce in 2009 and had also been experiencing health problems since undergoing brain surgery. He was 75. We need to look after our national treasures! R.I.P. Don.

I don’t know about you, but I could watch Soul Train vids on YouTube all the damn day. Check some out after the jump.

It’s International Armpit Appreciation Week here at Manhunt Daily! I don’t know who the fuck Davis Mallory is (apparently he was on MTV’s The Real World), but my new bestie at Boy Culture just posted this video of him getting cozy in bed with his much-hotter boyfriend Tyrone.

This isn’t the time for Secret Sex. Tell me all your secrets! Which of the thirteen RuPaul’s Drag Race 4 contestants would you be most likely to bang out of drag? My vote goes to Phi Phi O’Hara. She was fucking intolerable last night, and I’d really love to shut her up by sitting on his face. Also, he’s fucking cute with those glasses. I would totally jizz on those glasses.

Sidenote: Pretty sure Sharon Needles is my (and everyone’s) favorite so far, with Willam and Latrice Royale tying for second place. Willam is probably going to win. Other than that, I appreciated Lashauwn Beyond‘s obligatory “This is not RuPaul’s Best Friend Race” quote during Untucked. She’s kind of amazing too, and you know your reality show’s truly made it when someone’s pulled the “I’m not here to make friends” card.
