No, Anderson Cooper hasn't decided to pursue a second job as the next action movie star. The photograph you see above is not staged or altered. While covering a story in Haiti, the news anchor and his crew heard gunshots being fired. They ran towards the scene, where Cooper witnessed a small boy getting hit in the head with a concrete block. Fearing for the boy's life, he swept the boy off the ground to a safer location.
Due to his hesitance to come out of the closet, the word "coward" has often been attached to Cooper. This action goes to show that he's anything but a coward. It took extreme bravery for this man to enter a dangerous situation to save another human's life. We knew there was another reason he gained that "silver fox" nickname...
