It’s hard to ignore a song called “Kill, Fuck, Marry”*. I’m guessing that’s what Nikki Williams and her people were thinking when they decided to release the track as her debut single… But did the attention-grabbing title pay off in the end?
Yes and no.
Like I said, it’s impossible to ignore a song called “Kill, Fuck, Marry”, especially when it’s co-penned by hit-makers Sia and Stargate. My overall curiosity got me to hit the “play” button, but much as I hate to say it, the combination of the over-the-top production and melodramatic flair were a bit too much for me. This would have worked much better as a sparse, stripped-down number.
Yet, in the end, I’m intrigued by what Nikki has to offer. Will she be the next big thing? Or will she be the next faceless pop wannabe to fade into obscurity? Only time till tell!

ehh,,, i agree, stripped down woulda been better,,, and im so over songs with the f word in em,, the song would have been much more viable without such a dumb title and continually singing said dumb titlte,,,, jus sayin
