UK trio M.O. probably won’t ever reach the modern girl group greatness of the Spice Girls, Destiny’s Child or even The Pussycat Dolls for that matter. Their name alone is a search engine optimization disaster, and they’ve yet to produce a single that busts through the wall, shoves a finger up your butt and screams “TOP 40 HIT” in your face.
They did, however, whip together my newest guilty pleasure and official spring anthem, which includes the following deliciously selfish mantra: “I ain’t got time to worry about people that don’t worry about me. And I ain’t got time to listen to people that don’t listen to me. I ain’t got time to care about people that don’t care about me.”
Please be prepared for me to sing this to myself anytime someone ignores me on Manhunt.
