Pumps can be great fun but please be very careful with their use. They are all about pulling in extra blood into the blood vessels ad tissues in the cock. This can make your cock more sensitive as well as appear to be larger and fuller. If you use too much pressure on the pumping, you can damage the tissue and blood vessels in your cock and that isn’t a good thing and can result in permanent damage.
