In New Jersey's Neptune Township, one citizen seems to have a problem with pride flags. And not just "the multicolored 'gay' striped flags, but also banners indicating fetishes and or other 'lifestyle' choices." According to the individual, these flags have no place in a "family-oriented neighborhood".
Now, I know pride is a sensitive topic, and not everyone wants to fly their rainbow flags high. But who's to say that one isn't allowed to fly their flag? It's not hurting anyone!
Luckily, Deputy Mayor Mary Beth Jahn agrees with that sentiment. She responded to the concern with two simple words: "First Amendment". Well, there you have it! If you're living in Neptune you can now rest assured that some asshole isn't going to stop you from freely expressing your rubber fetish.

OH SNAP!
there needs to be a shy pride flag…
😀
First Amendment entitles EVERY American to fly whatever flag they choose to…such as a pride flag, an american flag, a flag with a peace sign, a flag with a swastika, an anarchist’s flag, etc…now THAT’s diversity.
Fuuny – I live in Neptune and haven’t heard boo about this!
