One of baseball's greatest second basemen, Roberto Alomar is being sued by ex-flame Ilya Dall for $15 Million, according to the NY Daily News. She claims that he lied about his HIV status before they engaged in unprotected sex in 2002, and the lawsuit alleges emotional distress from the deception.
Alomar completely denies the charges, and his lawyer called the case frivolous. But the most bizarre piece of the story is that Illya says after initially denying being HIV positive, he confided that "he was raped by two Mexican men after playing a ballgame in New Mexico
or a Southwestern state when he was 17."
