Hallmark has a new series of gay marriage-themed greeting cards!
"It’s our goal to be as relevant as possible to as many people as we can," Hallmark spokeswoman Sarah Gronberg Kolell said.
I think they are being very relevant, especially since a second state has legalized same-sex marriage in the last few months.
Of course, as usual with any gay issue, not everyone is happy:
Wendy Wright, the president of Concerned Women For America, responded saying "Hallmark is jeopardizing its brand as a family-friendly company.Customers used to be able to trust Hallmark to produce quality products that were safe for all ages. Now parents will need to steer their kids from Hallmark’s section of
the greeting card aisle…"
Really, kids can’t handle a card with a bunch of colorful hearts on it? hmmm.
