First up, we wanted to return to interviewing some of your favorite performers! We’re rounding up all your favorites – from the elder cocksmen to the hot new bodies on the block to see what makes them fuck tick! It’s the return of “7 Questions”!
We were so psyched to get to talk to Gabriel Cross. He’s quickly risen to the top of the porn mountain, with his adorable face, incredible body, and that accent (THAT ACCENT)! There’s an almost joyful quality to his work. You can FEEL his exuberance when he’s fucking for the camera. A former Randy Blue exclusive (remember them?), Cross has done scenes for Falcon, Next Door, Hot House, Titan Men and Men. It’s a wonder no one’s scooped him up for another contract position, yet!
We should also confess that his most recent scenes for Falcon (in the “Desert Getaway” series with Ryan Rose and Derek Bolt) have FLOORED us. Two reasons why:
Gabriel was kind enough to answer a WHOLE bunch of questions for us! (Seriously, this pint-sized powerhouse is patient). We learned about who some of his favorite scene partners have been, who he thinks he might be filming with next (two words: Markie More!!!), and his general views on life and love. He also recorded a little greeting for you guys at the bottom (THAT ACCENT). So, without further adieu, here’s Gabriel Cross!
1. First, how did you come up with your porn alias?
I chose Gabriel, from the angel. Odd using a biblical reference for a porn alias I know. Then Cross developed over time. It was initially Ross, if you look hard enough, I have some twink porn floating around. Also some Titan scenes under Gabriel Ross. When I became an exclusive for Randy Blue, they altered it slightly, and Gabriel Cross was born.
2. Some tough questions next. What’s your favorite scene that you’ve ever shot, and why? Favorite scene partner?
I don’t like to play favorites as I don’t know who will be reading this…. But I have been blessed with a lot of amazing scene partners. One of my most recent scenes was for Hot House with one of my closest friends, Austin Wolf. We just had so much fun on set and he knows I have a major man-crush on him.
Derek Bolt was a really hot scene for Falcon [Ed. not – Tell us about it, dude.] We totally connected and ended up having cuddles back at the hotel after we wrapped. We’ve remained close friends, and we hang out whenever I’m in DC.
I’ve always had a big crush on Diego Lauzen. And the scene for Men exceeded expectations. Some of the best sex I’ve ever had, followed by me getting double penetrated by Diego and his boyfriend Wagner Vittoria. Unfortunately, there’s no video of that….. [Ed. note – WWWWWHHYYYY?]
Right now there’s talk of me and Markie Moore doing a one-on-one scene for Next Door. We’ve done a group scene together, but I’d like him all to myself. He’s looking super hot right now.
Sometimes I wish I could do some repeats. I’d really love to shoot with Micah Brandt again now that he’s so big, plus we always have great sex…. I think it would be fun to top Nick Sterling as I bottomed for him last time. I shot with both of them in my Randy Blue days. So it’s awhile back now.
3. You tend to get cast as a voracious bottom. Here’s where I mention that your recent scene with Ryan Rose was one of my favorites this year. Would you ever want to flip the script and start topping everybody? You’re somewhat shorter than Ryan. Was it a challenge coordinating all of the action?
It’s mainly a casting choice on the side of the studios. I’m under the impression that me bottoming tends to sell better and it’s easier to cast me as a bottom due to my height. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE getting fucked, and I tend to be more bottom in my personal life too. However, I don’t like to be pigeonholed one way or the other. I’d love to do a few more versatile scenes. In all honesty, that’s my preference.
The scene with Ryan Rose was great fun to shoot. He’s a real hottie and super easy to work with. The height difference didn’t cause any issues, but the location was kinda problematic. Outside, in the middle of the desert with my skin tone isn’t exactly ideal. I was so dehydrated I seemed to be instantaneously absorbing lube. My body was trying to hydrate anyway it could…..
4. Have you ever had to shoot scenes where you weren’t attracted to your partner? How do you get through those?
It happens once in a while. Sometimes I’m really excited to shoot with someone but in reality, they’re just not what I expected, there’s no chemistry there. Now, I don’t tend to even ask who my scene partner is.
5. Getting a little more personal here, are you single or in a relationship right now? If so, can you describe the person? If not, what do you look for in a romantic interest? Would you date someone else in the industry? Why or why not?
That’s a complicated question for me. In fact, I’m married, but we’re separated and on very good terms.
Working in the industry makes it very difficult to have a relationship, and people can be quite judgemental, more so in the UK. I would totally date another performer. But so far the ones I really like all seem to have boyfriends or fiancés.
6. What are your plans post-porn? Do you think your future is in adult entertainment?
I see my foreseeable future in the adult industry. But obviously, there will come a time when I need to move on. I’d rather step out gracefully, at a high point. However, I’m not quite there yet. I have some ideas of what’s next, but they’re not fully realized at this point. I also see nothing wrong with focusing on my current success and enjoying the moment. Rather than being distracted by what if and what’s next.
7. Do you think porn has changed you as a person?
I’m sure it has but not in a negative way. I’ve been doing it for so long it’s difficult to tell. It’s given me a lot of really great opportunities and experiences. Definitely no regrets.
