Gird your loins because Michael B. Jordan says he is gearing up to join OnlyFans!! Yes, you read that right, and no, this isn’t a drill! During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, 2020’s Sexiest Man Alive and the king of thirst traps for a good cause opened up about how he is planning to start an account on the infamous content sharing platform (for his mustache), and how all the proceeds will be used to support small business!
“I never had time to actually sit in one place and grow my facial hair where I didn’t have to get it groomed, or manicured, or anything like that. So, during quarantine, I just wanted to see how much hair I could actually grow,” the Creed and Just Mercy star told host Jimmy Kimmel about growing out his signature facial hair. “His name is Murphy. We call him Murph for short. Got an OnlyFans coming soon — eating fruit, all types of crazy stuff, it’s going to get wild.”
He continued:
“I’m actually going to start [an OnlyFans account,] but like all the proceeds I want to go towards a barber school because during the quarantine, you know, there’s been so many businesses and schools that shut down.”
For those not in the know, OnlyFans is an increasingly popular subscription-based website that allows content creators to make money from their more exclusive, premium content that they wouldn’t want to share on other free social media sites. Although all kinds of artists and creators use it — Cardi B, Shea Couleé, and Bella Thorne are some notable celeb names who are all on the platform — it is mostly associated and popular with adult actors and sex workers who use it to share their steamier goods. While we hope there’s more to MBJ’s upcoming OnlyFans account than just a few mustache pics, we’ll have to wait and see when our Black Panther king actually launches it to see what’s good. We’re still very, very, VERY intrigued, though, and knowing that’s he’s going to be using the money he earned to help small businesses during this difficult AF time is enough to make us happy!
