All of Us Strangers is FINALLY getting a physical release

Don’t worry film fans, we’re finally getting our wish!

Andrew Haigh’s stunning supernatural romance/drama All of Us Strangers is officially getting a physical release when it enters the Criterion Collection this September!

The Criterion Collection is widely considered to be one of the most respected authorities when it comes to publishing and distributing “important classic and contemporary films.” For many cinefiles, the Criterion Collection is considered the best of the best in terms of film distribution companies.

Now, All of Us Strangers is joining the club!

Described as “a metaphysical exploration of queer love and loneliness, familial grief and healing,” All of Us Strangers stars Out digital cover star Andrew Scott as a London screenwriter who begins a passionate romance with his neighbor Harry (Paul Mescal) at the same time he is reconnecting with his parents (Jamie Bell and Claire Foy), who died in a car crash when he was young.

Earlier this year, it seemed like the film wouldn’t be getting a Blu-Ray when it was reported that the film was not scheduled to get a physical release. Now, thankfully, the Criterion Collection has swooped in and saved the day!

The Criterion Collection will be offering a 1 disc Blu-Ray of the film for $31.96, and a Director-Approved 4K UHD special edition that features a new conversation between Haigh and critic Michael Koresky, an interview with the film’s cinematographer Jamie D. Ramsay, behind the scenes documentary and featurettes, and a new cover by Anthony Gerace.

The two-disc special edition sells for $39.96.You can preorder the film now, and it will be officially available September 10, 2024.
