I can't exactly explain the appeal of it, but I get wildly turned on when I see a guy wearing a pair of tube socks. You know exactly the ones I'm talking about–with the stripes at the top. There's just something so deliciously retro about the look of them, and I'd seriously like to blow the American Apparel employee who helped bring them back.
I swear this isn't some weird smelly sock fetish, and I'm not particularly into feet either. Tube socks tend to accentuate the legs and everything leading up to them. I love how tskunt is so against everything I live for. I absolutely love tube socks. I am a dancer and I wear them all the time to dance, with shorts, so you can see a piece of skin which I personally think is very flattering. And obviously flip flops are the best things alive.

For what it’s worth, a fashion info tip: these are not tube socks, and tube socks do not necessarily have stripes at the top.
These are what are known as “crew” socks – ones which come up the calf several inches, and which, from the start, have a “bend” knit into the shape for the ankle.
Tube socks are much longer and do not have the bend at the ankle – i.e, they’re a long “tube”, and on most men, they reach almost to the knee, covering about 90% of the calf. They can be plain white, or decorated.
What some of you seem to be describing as “ankle socks” are known variously by that name, “low-cut” socks, or similar descriptions. In the south many years ago they were referred to as “footies” because they only covered the foot and not the ankle or any of the calf.
