Okay, so the title was a little hyperbole but singer Aubrey O'Day really is in some trouble for calling Hitler "brilliant". The former Danity Kane singer was appearing on Fox News' Hannity.
She said, "I'm not defending his behavior in many instances, but I do have to say that I will 100 percent agree he's an incredibly brilliant man." Okay, I get what she's saying but some things you just don't say.
Why is Aubrey O'Day talking about politics on TV anyway? I think the producer for that show needs to be fired.

Forget the producers. FOX News deserves to be fired from existence.
I understand what she was trying to say, if only she could have articulated it better.
Hitler had a lot of skill and was able to manipulate and take advantage of the present circumstances to his advantage in a big way. It was not an ethically good thing, but it certainly took skill and talent and timing that most people do not possess.
She didn’t have to articulate any better. Out of context it sounds bad.
If she was quoted properly then you would proberly agree.
“I don’t condone Hitler one Ounce, but yes he was a brilliant man….. He manipulated an entire country and I think thats brilliant”
Proper quoting is Important I believe.
I actually completely agree with her. People have trouble with this concept, because we’re taught that smart=good and dumb=bad, so to cross them (saying someone can be bad and smart at the same time) is a concept a surprisingly-large number of people can’t comprehend.
She might be an idiot, but it is no secret that many believe Hitler to be one of the most influential leaders and brilliant minds of the past century.
She is not a complete idiot (gulp, yes I just said that). She went to college and even studied abroad. And she is correct — don’t you have to be brilliant to rally thousands (millions?) of people around eradicating an entire population? I think so.
Wow, I didn’t think I’d have this many other people agree with her like I did, lol.
Yes, she could have phrased her wording a little better, but I understand what she is trying to say.
