When Aiden James isn’t too busy being the most adorable person on the planet, the Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter spends his time… well, duh, singing the songs he wrote. Last month, he accomplished this task live on SiriusXM, performing a brand new song from his upcoming album.
It’s called “Best Shot”. And as long as you have ears, you will probably love it. Aiden’s voice is kind of like honey, except you have to imagine that honey having rampant sex with other honey. Sure, that doesn’t make much sense, but did I mention that Aiden’s (according to Facebook) single right now? We encourage you to attend one of his shows and try to make out with him. It’s not like we never tried…

Eh…not all that.
Generic guy playing his guitar and singing his personal stuff. Nothing special IMO.
unique, talented, handsome,
unique, talented, handsome,
wow!
Makes me laugh that people who have talent now get called “generic guy playing guitar”. What’s he supposed to play, the kazoo? The upright bass? Really now, the reason every singer-songwriter plays the guitar or the piano is because those two instruments are the easiest to accompany yourself on and give you the most room to breathe as far as musical genre. His voice is amazing and the guitar playing is solid, so who cares if the setup is “generic”?
The voice, the song, the lyrics, the guitar playing, the melody, the guy…all “Generic”…not unique, not special, nothing great, stuff a million other singer-songwriters have done for a hundred years. OK? Does that make it clearer to you now?
I’d like to see a video of you doing better “Jimmy.”
Great voice, great smile, and the passion when he sings is amazing.
i saw him on VH1.com the other day!! what a talented guy. sexy voice, great lyrics. i can’t believe that vid is live. flawless performance.
special guy. very nice.
nice to hear someone play the guitar and sing their own original song, instead of being voted the next “American Idol”, and being groomed on how to become a “star”.
