We've consistently had requests to add two songs to our Weekly Top Ten charts, yet we've been hesitating on them for very different reasons. The first is Alicia Keys' collaboration with Beyonce entitled "Put It In A Love Song". Honestly, we think it'd be silly to have it competing against Gaga's "Telephone", especially without proper promotion and a music video.
The second song is David Guetta's "Gettin' Over", which features guest vocals by Chris Willis and a remix with Fergie & LMFAO. The reason for not including this single on the countdown is much more simple–I fucking loathe it.
As much as I love some of Guetta's tunes, I can't force myself to 'gasm every time he releases a new single. The remix isn't much of an improvement over the original. While Fergie's vocal presence is a nice addition, LMFAO sounds completely out of place rapping over the track. Alas, that's just my opinion… expect to see this on next Saturday's charts!

And here's a clip of the remix with Fergie & LMFAO:
Boring and repetitive drivel
Don’t add A.Keys and Beysus until the video has dropped!
Otherwise we all know what will happen to the song, it’ll drop right off the chart and off the face of the Earth into a black hole where we’ll never hear about it again.
When the clip has been released at least we’ll see the song for three weeks, two if we’re really lucky.
The original with just Chris Willis is sooo great!
Why does this sound exactly like “Love is Gone”?
Same beat w/ same people, just different words…I’m soo lost!?
Summer is coming so it’s time to have some catchy dance tunes. After this week it will be out of the chart.
