Roisin Murphy's last single "Orally Fixated" didn't even make it past the Wild Card round on Manhunt Daily's Weekly Top Ten, but that won't be the case for her newest release "Momma's Place". This song is so good that it'll skip the Wild Card round altogether! Whether you like it or not, you'll be seeing this song on this weekend's charts.
If someone forced me to describe this song, I'd say it's a mix between The Gossip and '90s dance music like La Bouche. However, Roisin really makes it her own creation, and I'll probably be rocking out to this until the world ends in 2012. Yes, it's really that good.

To listen to "Momma's Place", follow the JUMP:
I liked it. Not bad. Catchy hook chorus. Lead singer sounds like a young Grace Slick (yeh, I know, giving away my age).
I hear a touch of Heart’s Ann Wilson, too. Nice track.
Almost sounds like an old Lonnie Gordon track. White hot!
She was amazing at the Viktor and Rolf show in October. LOL.
I never understood the hype behind her.
