I don’t know, you guys! I think muscle bottom whore Benny G did a better job at pulling off the whole “flower in the hair” look! Although, as far as we know, Natasha Khan of Bat for Lashes has him beat in the music department (unless Benny’s as musically gifted as fellow gay porn star Jaxton Wheeler).
Khan’s third studio album The Haunted Man came out earlier this week, and it’s a good listen if you have the patience for songs that are more akin to Kate Bush than Katy Perry. After the first few spins, I’d recommend lead single “Laura”, “Rest Your Head”, the title track and album opener “Lilies” (the latter of which, to me, is reminiscent of a more restrained Florence + The Machine).
