People make their own choices.. I assume he chose steroids. No healthy person will die at 29 of a heart attack unless he was using steroids. It enlarges EVERY muscle INCLUDING your heart muscle causing an enlarged heart and a heart attack.
It is sad to see someone lose life so early but I think that people know what they do to there body WILL catch up with them. He just did not get that message early enough..

Steroids are not the only thing that could have caused a heart attack. But let’s keep in mind that he was 29 years old. Sudden death from ischemic heart disease is all but completely impossible at this age, and he’s rather a bit too old to have died suddenly from congenital heart disease.
Often, when people at this age die from a heart attack …
… it’s the cocaine and the amphetamines (they go with the industry).

I think I have seen pretty much every scene he’s ever made, and most photos. (I think the later stuff he did with Colt, which is not on this flash back, was some of his best.) He really matured nicely from a twink frat boy to a butch muscle man. It is nice to know people still remember his work.

I knew him and he was a great guy. Â When he quit escorting, he announced publicly he was ill with an unexpected illness. Â then he just disappeared. Â I doubt it was any drug that got him. Â I would blame it on the porn and escort world he did so well in. Â Too high a price to pay.
I find it interested that Haus Weston has been [dead] since 2007 and we are still interest in him.  I am writing a screenplay based on his life, it is interesting  how few people will discuss him. What I do know for such is that things just are not adding up to believe that story.  Our production company has given us the green light to put this project into pre-production.  Hold on to your hats, fellas, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

I last saw him in the Spring of 2004 in DC a few months before he announced he was no longer escorting and was ill. I have hoped ever since and particularly when his death was announced that it was all just a ruse to escape and find another life. He talked about a place he wanted to go…to live. i hope he went there. He was a great guy. I hope he still is.
Thank you scguy for your compassionate post. Haus (Todd) did have his struggles, but he also had feelings and hopes and dreams just like everyone else. I hope that his nice place is now heaven. He would have been 35 tomorrow 8-25. I too have not seen him since 2004. My son sure was a nice guy and I thank you for thoughtfully keeping his memory alive.
