The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has released the numbers for their third annual Network Responsibility Index, and cable networks HBO and Showtime rank highest in series depicting the lives of LGBT individuals. With series such as True Blood, Entourage and The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, the study found a reflection of the gay community in a whopping forty-two percent of the network's programming hours.
Of the five broadcast networks included, ABC ranked highest for the second year in a row with twenty-four percent. CBS ranked lowest with five percent, giving me hope that they'll consider the pilot I sent for How I Banged Your Father. It's a reality series.
