The Royal half-breed wasn’t the only one crowning in the news this week. King’s County Bar was crowning the winner of their Smallest Wiener Contest. You may remember, back in May, when I announced that the Bushwick bar would be holding the contest. Well, folks, they did and it is. I mean, the venue should have invested in one of those retro magnifying screens used to create the illusion of a TV screen 1/4 of the size of the actual screens we have today.
Nick Gilronan of Queens took the biggest prize for the shortest rise. He claims he is a grower and was not at all embarrassed to show off his little Cindy Lou Who. The 27 year old, part-time actor & model says he is very confident with his body, blames the media for making people feel less-than and was somewhat surprised to become a crowd favorite so quickly. Way to go, Nick. Am I the only one who’s thinking this is the perfect opportunity for a limerick?
