I'm still not sure how I feel about the phrase "no homo". For those not in the know, It's basically a signal of straight masculine insecurity. If one straight guy hugs another straight guy, they'll say "no homo" just to make it clear that their intentions weren't of the gay variety. It's used quite often within hip-hop songs and frat parties.
The absurdity of the statement makes it hard for me to take offense. It's like, "I just jizzed on your face after pounding your tight ass, but no homo! I don't even like boys. I'm totally straight, man." I've become fond of appropriating the phrase for my homosexual agenda. This includes a frequent usage of the phrase "no hetero" with my female friends. I've also taken to describing hanging out with platonic gay friends as going on "no-homo homo-dates". It's like a bromance, but everyone involved loves cock.
But I digress. Format Magazine recently compiled a series of Simpsons-inspired illustrations of ten hip-hop icons. The set features Kanye West, Andre 3000, Lil Wayne, Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Flava Flav, Eazy E and Fat Joe. The artists turned the phrase mentioned above into "No Homer", and I have to admit that some of these are pretty clever. I know most of you aren't hip-hop heads, but this post goes out to those of you who are!

Ha these are really cool. Thanks for posting them.
Since when is a hug necessarily sexual? How can you equate a hug with “I just jizzed on your face…”? Our society has become too focused on sex if touching another guy equates to sexual contact – little boys put their arms over each others shoulders, etc. – this is sexual? Perhaps it is a necessary signal to some people to state overtly – “nothing sexual, man”.
