We told about Anderson Cooper's new hubby, bar owner Ben Maisani already. Now there are some reports that the two are moving in together and that Anderson might finally come out!
Nothing like love to push someone out of the closet. I know quite a few people who came out because they had met that special someone and had to share it.
A friend of Anderson's says, "Anderson firmly believes that media members should keep their personal lives private, but for years he's dropped hints that he's gay. Now that he's with Ben – who is certainly not shy about his sexuality – Anderson is seriously considering publicly acknowledging his sexuality."
I for one hope he comes out, though I guess as a newscaster his sexuality doesn't really matter. I just want to know for sure that I've got a chance.

All I can say is, “You Go, Anderson!” If he has the balls to come out I only hope and pray that his network has the balls to deal with it and keep him in place. I fear, however, that they will be a bunch of pussies because they don’t want to upset the bible thumpers (read Lou Dobbs).
Be prepared to deluge the network AND their advertisers with emails, letters and calls if they do wuss out!
CNN headline news had a gay newscaster, Thomas Roberts, who is no longer with CNN. And I thought CNN was liberal.

An Australian news caster recently came out after 20 years on the air earlier this year… nobody cared, he never hid it yet never flaunted anything or dropped hints. People jsut seemed to get over it quickly which i’d assume is because he is so fantastic at his job.
But in his case he’s not even close to bone worthy hahaha.
