You won a couple of prestigious awards in 2007 & 2008 (HeatGay & GayVN Awards). How did those change your career?

I also won the JRL award for the best Latin Top Performer of 2010 in Los Angeles. One of the best awards are the GayVN, and because of this a lot of doors and opportunities have arisen around for me internationally. My fans appreciate my work and I turned my name into a brand, called TheOneX Global Tour 2011. Also coming up are swimwear and T-shirts by Jean-Franko.

Among all the studios you worked with, which one do you prefer and why? Is there a particular studio you’d like to work with?

I love working for every studio. From each one, I gained a lot of experience and learned a lot. A porn star should work with the top ten studios around, in order to become a big star. My preferred studios are Kristen Bjorn and Lucas Kazan. These two studios are the ones that really launched my career. Within the porn industry, I appreciate and respect them a lot for being big professionals.

What significant changes have you seen in the porn industry those late years?

Wow, every year it is even worse, in the sense that there are more candidates but less quality of actors and producers. I love pornography. I’m addicted to it. I’d rather watch more porn than have sex.

Have you ever thought about directing movies yourself? If so, what kind of movie would you like to make?

Yes, this has been on my mind for years, but porn has been getting worse because of the internet. I’m afraid to invest in the production of movies, so instead I created TheOneX and TheOneX Global Tour 2011… Maybe in the near future, because I love porn.

How does it feel to be regarded as one of the sexiest men in the world?

Really, this is a question I’m tired of hearing. In life, it’s not important who is sexy or not. It’s most important to have your feet on the ground and achieve equilibrium. Be a man within and outside of your work environment.

Do you have any secret to staying fit?

I think the way you eat is very important. You are what you eat. In reality, I do take care of myself by constantly going to the gym and drinking about three liters of water daily. I am Latin, so I have good genes.

For a lot of people, you’re embodying “masculinity”. What is your own vision of virility?

For men, masculinity is a combination of several things. You need to have principles, be educated and work hard.

What is your ideal type of guy like? Is there anything that especially turns you on?

I don’t have a special type of guy. I’ve been with boys of all colors, though I prefer athletic, passive men. All of my ex-boyfriends were one-hundred percent passive.

Is working as a porn actor a way for you to realize some of your fantasies? Are there any fantasy you haven’t realized yet?

The fantasy I had was that the whole planet saw me in action. So, fantasy realized!

Has the porn industry affected your private life? What kind of man are you in private?

Yes, it did change my life. I have no private life. People are constantly overlooking what or who I am. In reality, I’m very discreet. For example, yesterday I was at the gym, and I wanted to meet this guy. The other guy was also interested. I could tell since we were constantly checking each other out. But I wasn’t able to, since everybody gay was constantly watching what I do. I don’t have a private life, but I love my job.

You’ve traveled to various countries around the globe. Which destination was your favorite?

I love to travel, and I was fortunate enough to have gone to a lot of amazing places. Paris and Barcelona are my favorite cities in the world.

You’re based in Barcelona. What’s your life like over there? What are your hobbies? Where do you like to hang out?

Barcelona, for me, is a peaceful place. A very special city. I love my home and the quietness after working hard abroad. My favorite hobby is waking up every morning and taking my bike for a ride on the beach, while thinking about my work. Of course, I like to hang out at TheOneX party in Brussels. As well as Gay Pride in Madrid, Circuit Festival, La Demence, SuperMartXe and Ibiza. I’m a fanatic of big parties around the globe.

Can you please explain the concept behind TheOneX?

TheOneX is my life. It’s a simple concept–a monthly party made for men. I bring in porn actors, go-go dancers, the best DJs around and a great atmosphere where people feel at home. It’s their party, not mine. Every month there’s a new theme, but the main focus is that it’s a party made for MEN. In 2011, we’ll begin with TheOneX Global tour. We already have several dates confirmed in Europe and South America. You can see all the updates on www.theonex.net.

How easy has it been to put this project together?

This project has not been easy. It takes a lot of time, money and energy. There are a ton of envious people, who want my parties to fail. They were doing things to try and kill my parties. I just kept insisting on making it, since I’m a big man. This is my life, my business.

What was the feedback on last year’s edition? Are there any significant changes we should expect for this year?

I’m very happy with the outcome. My fans have demonstrated to me that I’m not alone. TheOneX has been growing amazingly, to the point that we can have TheOneX Global Tour 2011.

Are you a regular clubber yourself? According to you, what makes a good party?

In reality, I’m not a clubber myself. I only go to special parties. A good party for me is where everybody feels at home within a great atmosphere. Good DJs, very hot go-go dancers… And the party begins.

TheOneX mixes clubbing and porn. How do you chose the X performers for the party? Are there any particular themes or boundaries they have to comply to?

You know, I never choose porn actors I like. I only choose the ones I think my crowd would like to see within the theme of the night.

How do you pick up the resident or guests DJs? What kind of music are you into?

I have been in the best party scene for the last twelve years in Europe. I know some of the best DJs for years, and most of them play at my parties.

What is the audience of TheOneX like?

Masculine men. This is a party for MEN, no queens inside. Please.

Being set in Brussels, what nationalities tend to attend the party most?

Belgian, French, German and Dutch men.

Have you ever thought about expanding TheOneX to other European countries? Which country would be most likely? Maybe France?

Sure, we have TheOneX Global tour 2011! I have confirmed dates in several European countries and South America, and I’m working on having TheOneX for sure in France. This is the year of TheOneX.
