You may have never heard of Julie Klausner, but I decided a long time ago that she’s one of the funniest human beings alive. This was mostly a result of her short-lived comedy series Cat News, which found her feline friend Smiley Muffin blurting out some hilarious shit.
Now, she’s taken it to a whole other level with her new clip The Cat Whisperer. I’m not sure whether she’s channeling Cesar Milan or Jennifer Love Hewitt with this one, but the premise revolves around her taming kitties with her secrets. If you have a fondness for pet-related humor, I highly recommend watching it.
In other news, Klausner’s book has just been picked up by Will Ferrell‘s production company for an original series on HBO! It’s called I Don’t Like Your Band, and rumors have been swirling that the starring role will be occupied by Lizzy Caplan of Mean Girls and Cloverfield fame. Woot woot!
