The Don't Ask, Don't Tell rally in Washington D.C was full of news making moments, but mostly Kathy Griffin's speech and Lt. Dan Choi getting arrested.
Choi handcuffed himself to the White House gates and eventually got arrested for his act of civil disobedience. Some have questioned his tactics, but at least he's getting some headlines…
A lighter moment came when Kathy Griffin spoke to the crowd and gave a hillarious but serious speech.

very moving actually…
who would’ve thought that sex would be still such a big deal in 2010….
It’s 2010 and race and religion are still big deals too. That was a good speech by Kathy though.
yeah Leo, agree with u……
=-/
and apparently we r the only people that have read this entry……
It makes me very sad for the state of the gay community today. If Andy or Dewitt put up a post about a hot twink, a big cock, or Lady Gaga (these are a few of my favorite things) it gets LOADS of comments… but something important like our basic human rights get mentioned it gets ignored!!! Whats up guys????
Check out my Facebook group for DADT.

^ These posts actually do get a lot of comments on them.
It’s just not very many people can tolerate Kathy Griffin hence them not even bothering to watch her DADT speech.
I really like Kathy Griffin’s style of humor and comedy. I actually watched the videos yesterday, but I seldom comment on stuff here. Being a gay soldier, I keep my life very private and it is hard, but I respect Lt. Dan Choi for his courage to standout against our leaders and take charge while the rest of us work in fear. While all of us did read the DADT policy prior to joining, it does not mean that it is right.
^ I do too.
This is going to be an ignorant statement I make but I don’t live in America so I’m not entirely sure what DADT is.
Therefore I’m not one to comment on issues I have no clue about.
