Manhunt Man of The Week: Jonas_74

It was pure serendipity that this Man of The Week interview happened. I had logged on to Manhunt to poke around for more information about hunky, hairy member jonas_74, all with the intention of merely featuring him in our Manhunt Now series. When I noticed he was online, however, I took the risk of sending him a quick message to ask if he’d be interested in being our MOTW… And it paid off! He agreed to chat via Facebook later that day.

We spoke about his work as a photographer, what it’s like to live in Toronto, and the type of guy who could become between him and his beloved Fleshjack. We also touched upon the big “d” word, and why he’s not ready for people to call him that (even if he’s got that glorious salt and pepper beard). So, I’m looking at your profile right now. I love the juxtaposition between your “Cuddle Buddy” headline and your dirtier list of “Intos”.

I think that sex is an amazing experience, but I think a lot of guys lose the sensuality of sex. I love to kiss, touch and cuddle. Random hookups have their place, but sometimes, it’s better to have a connection. More into date and mate, over fuck and chuck.

Date and mate, eh? What would be your ideal date?

It really depends. Definitely some handsomely dashing lumberjack with manners and a dirty side. Throw in a trip to Europe or Thailand, cheesecake, candles, and you may as well propose

Tell me a little bit more about that dirty side!

I love the smell of pits and balls. Also have a bit of a underwear fetish (briefs) gently worn. Love to get the scent trapped into my beard. Also a huge fan of guys who can shoot, as well. Bring on the super soakers… Anything dirtier than that, and you have to buy me a gin and tonic.

Not to get off of everyone’s favorite topic, but I noticed you’re also a photographer?

Yes. I am a Toronto-based photographer specializing in fashion, portrait, landscape and film. I am working on a new project working with male nudes and semi nudes on concrete.

Have you ever connected with models for the project through Manhunt?

I try to keep my business time and Manhunt time separate. It has crossed over on occasion, but still remains professional. No fluffing included with the package.

Oh, fine! Tell me about Toronto. Have you lived there your whole life?

Toronto is freezing right now with the polar vortex, but generally, Toronto is a great city. I was raised in a very small community up in Northern Ontario, but I’ve been living in and around Toronto most of my adult life. Toronto will always be a home to me, but I would definitely love to live in Europe for a while and spend my winters visiting the tropics.

This is the second time you’ve brought up Europe, so I’ve got to ask—is there anywhere specific you’d like to visit/live?

Barcelona would be up at the top. It has a little bit of everything I would look for in a city. Hot men, great food, stunning architecture, good fashion, warm weather, and I hear the Spanish are the best lovers. Italy (all of it) would be a very close second.

Lovely, lovely. You mention in your profile that you have a “dark sense of humour”. Would you care to elaborate on that, or is it something best witnessed in person?

I tend to make inappropriate, off colour, derogatory, sexist jokes, and I think that, sometimes, more people should. Society gets too uptight when it comes to saying offensive stuff. People should know by now the difference between malicious and light-hearted cuntiness.

Sounds like someone I’d enjoy having a gin and tonic with.

Make it a round of gin and tonics with a side of cuntiness. I appreciate the heterosexual alpha male who wants to make a poorly made and offensive gay joke to me. He is making the effort to break the ice. It’s the ones who whisper in the corners that you have to watch.

Those are usually the ones who secretly love it up the butt, I’ve found.

Have you ever (or would you ever) fuck a supposedly straight guy in that sort of situation?

I have, and could be persuaded to do it again. Chris Hemsworth, call me. Bring your Thor outfit.

I’d pay to see that! Since we’re back on the topic of sex, how would you feel if someone called you “daddy” in bed?

I get a lot of 18-24 year old guys hitting on me lately. A lot call me “daddy”, which I am not a fan of. I don’t see myself as a daddy. I still think I am in my twenties. I like the idea of daddies, so I shouldn’t be offended. I’m just not ready to be one yet!

Ah! So when you list Dad/Son in your profile, you’re more interested in being the “Son” of that dynamic?

I think it could go both ways, but I could relate more to being a son than a daddy.

While I’m asking weird questions about age, why do you specifically list your preferred cutoff at 46?

I think that was put in there a couple years ago. I generally go for someone 10 years +/- to my own age. I want my partners to be relatable, but I have broken the rule. Sexy comes in all ages, races, sizes. Going to have to edit my account now.

My most complimented features are my eyes, dick and fur. I am in an open relationship with my Fleshlight, Lars Goldfrapp. I named him when I bought him.
