Well, hello there! I must say, you are one cute cub. (Is that the right animal nomenclature?)
LOL! I think it’s quite funny how gays are put in categories in such nomenclature. So I suppose I fit the bill as a cub… Just as long as I don’t turn into a full fledged bear!
Grr! Not that being a bear is a bad thing. Do you self-identify with the bear community?
I don’t necessarily self-identify with the bear community. I definitely am turned on by hairy muscle. I also find it a turn-on when guys own their appearance. Confidence. Even a little cockiness is sexy to me.
If I had to self-identify myself, I would say I am a cross between a leather cub — and as my body continues to take shape from working out — I could be borderline jock.
I bet the guys in Chicago can’t get enough of you. What’s the gay scene like there?
Well, not to toot my own horn, but I do pretty okay. I would have to say that the Chicago gay scene is pretty awesome. There truly is something for everyone. There are a number of neighborhoods outside of Boystown that have gay bars. My fave is Jackhammer. It’s a pretty awesome mix of hot guys, mainly catering to hot leather men.
I’ll put that on my to-do list the next time I’m in town! When did you first get an interest in leather?
It was quite soon after I came out. I remember a really good friend of mine at the time would hit up the bars in Boystown, and when the bars closed at 2 AM, we would go to a late night, semi-twinky dance bar. That got old pretty quick and I started to venture off on my own.
That’s how I stumbled upon Jackhammer. I was quite fascinated with the whole idea — chaps, harnesses, lace up boots! Soon after, I bought a pair of leather suspenders and lace up boots, and it just went uphill from there.
You’re also a pretty kinky boy, right? What else do you get into?

I’ve noticed on Manhunt the users are a bit older around here. That is perfect for me, ‘cause I LOVE me some daddies.
What’s been your hottest Manhunt experience so far?
This was a few years back. I met a guy on Manhunt, and we met up at a bar for a drink. He showed up in a wetsuit, and I found out he was totally into watersports! Food, fashion, and fetishes — I love it. What’s in trend for men these days in terms of fashion? I just tend to wear whatever looks decent on me.
Well, I’m already in Fall mode. When you work in fashion, you tend to be a season ahead of the actual season in real life. For guys, destructed denim is a huge trend, and as far as color goes, it’s all things gray. Outerwear, sweaters, and denim — gray!
And my favorite trend that seems to come back each year is leather. There are so many ways to wear it. You can look classic and cool with a collared shirt, a great pair of super dark slim leg jeans finished off with a leather jacket with clean lines and a classic collar, or you can go all out… A pair of destroyed jeans, a pair of Frye harness boots and a distressed leather jacket with tons of zipper detail. HOT!
That’s what you will most likely find me in this fall.

I’m just me, pretty much — super fun and as real as it gets. I’m not about hiding anything. Also, even though I’m as cute as I am, underneath I’m a huge geek. LOL!
