And it happens again folks! An anti-gay marriage "moralist" is arrested for what is less than moral behavior. This time it's D.C councilman Marion Barry, who was arrested over the weekend for "stalking" a woman he knew.
You may remember Barry was arrested for smoking crack in 1990 while mayor of D.C and famously declared "bitch set me up!" I wonder if he'll use the same defense this time…

as long as he’s not smoking crack, it’s not really that big a deal is it?
he gave the woman money (which was a stupid thing to do). if he’s guilty of anything it’s poor judgement
You forgot he was also convicted for “forgetting” to file tax-returns. His defense — he didn’t know politicians had to file.
