Break-up sex can be pretty fucking awesome. When I was on the verge of splitting with my last ex, he pulled me into the bathroom of his apartment, kissed me harder than ever before, positioned his lower back against the sink and let me fuck him right there, with his legs over my shoulders. I’m still not sure how either of us didn’t break any bones (or the sink, for that matter), but there was something about the desperation and last-ditch effort that brought out an intense level of passion. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
Beyond having one of the best titles of the year, Marsha Ambrosius‘ R&B slow jam “Fuck N Get It Over With” offers up a raw, honest depiction of what it’s like to go your separate ways. It skips the arguments, the back-and-forth and just cuts to the chase. There’s no hope for us. So let’s bang and move on.
I can get behind that philosophy! Why torture yourself in a relationship that doesn’t work? You might as well be blunt and make that last time one of your best.

Absolutely awful.
Absolutely awful.
crap, i am sick of all this vulgar music
Get back to the naked hunks!
Really? A new low for R&B. No melody, no rhythm, vulgar lyrics, ugly “artist”… totally horrendous in every way.
I like a lot of R&B, but this is really trashy, even for you, Dewitt, haha. To each his own, I suppose.
At least it’s getting people talking for once? I’m not the only one who likes it!

I dunno, the crudeness doesn’t add anything to the song, and it doesn’t sound like anything more than a generic breakup R&B jam that just happens to talk about fucking in the chorus. (And that isn’t to say I’m a prude towards crudeness in lyrics, haha, but I think it weakens the message in this case, instead of empowering it.)
Love her voice, though, just wish there was anything interesting going on in the song at all.

i love marsha, and her vocals are always on point.
to judge an artist on their appearance or “attractiveness” which is based on a person opinion is so shallow and superficial that your opinion becomes invalid so please take a seat way at the back of the auditorium.
