The new face and bum of swim and underwear brand aussieBum could be gay Olympiad Matthew Mitcham. We have written about Matthew a few times so this seemed like a great update!
Mitcham has recently gotten under great management with Grand Slam International, who represent other greats like Ian Thorpe, and it looks like it’s paying off.
Initially there was some debate whether an openly gay athlete would receive the same caliber of national and international endorsements as others have in the past, but if this deal comes through, it looks like the answer is yes!
“Winning gold in Beijing was an amazing experience for me,” said
Mitcham. “I’ve been overwhelmed with the public’s response to my
achievement and am looking forward to the road ahead.” I bet that road will be even better if paved with endorsement gold!
