Well, to mister Lomade, in the northern part of Brazil most people do have african features, but that’s not the majority of brazilians. Acourding to our official census less than a third of all the population is descends from africans, and in the southern states that goes as low as 10%, so it really depends Those guys are from southern states, so it is really no wonder they are white.
And the view that black people dominate our culture derives from the same skewed view that we live in the jungle (even though we save some of the largest cities in the world)
Jay, his speech shows that you do not know anything about Brazil. Indeed, this is a characteristic of people in developed countries: you do not care to know anything beyond their borders. Brazil is a vast country, of a plural culture. Here live the most ethnically mixed, harmonically. We are not a black country, but plural.
