A biopic on Liberace is in the works, and will be directed by Steven Soderbergh.
So who will be playing the infamous entertainer? It’s reportedly Micheal Douglas!
There is also talk that Matt Damon may play Scott Thorson, the man who claimed to be Liberace’s live-in lover for five years, and who sued him for $113 million in the early 1980’s.
Since Liberace denied his homosexuality for his entire career, it will be interesting to see how the film depicts it and his relationship with Thorson… Michael Douglas and Matt Damon playing gay lovers? Interesting indeed.
