It almost looks like he’s got a v-neck t-shirt on because the color matching and blending wasn’t done very well.

I just want to point out that I do think this is photoshopped, however. At the very least, the two guys in the right foreground were added in, as was the jack on the guy on the left (the position of the coat doesn’t match the position of the guys body, from where his head is positioned). Now, the naked body, that was photoshopped from the hips down. You can tell by the difference in the graininess of that part of the body, versus the torso. That dick almost looks drawn in.
