After failing in the Judiciary Committee by 3-2, a gay-marriage bill in New Hampshire will come to a vote before the full senate tomorrow.
Reuters reports, "The committee's chairman, Senator Deborah Reynolds, said New Hampshire
took a major step in legalizing civil unions last year — the fourth
state in the country to do so — and needs some time to 'build
consensus on this issue'."
New Hampshire's Governor, John Lynch, has not said whether he will veto the bill. There is also doubt as to whether it will be able to get past the full Senate…let's hope so!
