Yesterday, the New York State Assembly voted in favor of a gay marriage bill with a 89-52 vote. The measure will now move to the Senate.
If passed, New York will join Iowa, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and Vermont as the sixth state with marriage equality.

I sense a movement going on!
Does anyone see a problem in that this HUGE piece of news got just a few lines. Shouldn’t we be celebrating this instead of every piece of hot ass, not that I object to celebrating that as well!!
The New York State Senate keeps refusing to bring it to the floor for a vote, and I can speak from experience when I say there probably aren’t enough votes there to make it pass before the next election. Hopefully, some of the fucktard Senators who keep ignoring their constituents will be voted out this time round.
