Two years ago, Matt “came out” as HIV-positive in Instinct magazine, in an article which also addressed his serodiscordant relationship with fellow model Cameron Earnheart. “I want people to look at me and see that this is what being HIV positive can look like,” he told the magazine. “I have a dream to show people that I’m positive, strong, healthy and in a great relationship,”
Aside from being a truly inspiring individual, you might also notice that Matt is extraordinarily attractive. We know, we know! Typical Manhunt Daily shallowness… But did you see that ass?
