The hilarious, LGBTQ+ inclusive Netflix series tackling teen sexuality will soon return with 8 brand new episodes!
“It’s a new year, Otis is having casual sex, Eric and Adam are official, and Jean has a baby on the way,” the official description reads. “Meanwhile, new headteacher Hope (played by Jemima Kirke) tries to return Moordale to a pillar of excellence, Aimee discovers feminism, Jackson gets a crush and a lost voicemail still looms. Prepare for commitment animals, alien phenomena, vulva cupcakes and much more of Madam Groff.”
The press release also reveals new cast members, including Jason Isaacs playing Peter Groff, “Mr Groff’s more successful and not very modest older brother; recording artist and songwriter.” Dua Saleh will play Cal, “a nonbinary student at Moordale,” and Indra Ové will play “Elsie’s foster mum Anna.”
Along with Netflix’s first look, we also have behind the scenes images from cast member Tanya Reynolds to give us even more of an idea of what to expect. We can’t wait!
