Now I've heard of rappers hiring ghostwriters and all, but ghost Twitterers? It seems over the top, but more celebrities have been hiring them than you'd probably think. The man who maintains 50 Cent's account, Chris Romero, told the New York Times "He [50 Cent] doesn’t actually use Twitter, but the energy of it is all him."
Now I understand celebrities hiring people to update their MySpace or Facebook accounts, but is it that difficult to reach out to your fans via Twitter? Shaquille O'Neal seems to agree. “It’s 140 characters," he told the Times. "It’s so few characters. If you need a ghostwriter for that, I feel sorry for you.”
Geez, do you think Fiddy has someone who updates his MANHUNT account too? It's not entirely impossible!
