Just when you thought Britney Spears left the craziness in her past, something like this happens. The pop singer’s former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, is suing the self-proclaimed “living legend” for repeatedly subjecting him to “unwanted sexual advances” and harassment.
And that’s not even the worst of it all! The lawsuit goes on to accuse Spears of child abuse, citing incidents in which she engaged in sexual acts and violent arguments in front of her children. In one case, Flores claims she borrowed his belt to discipline her children.
On a much more positive note, the terrible accusations have been dismissed by the star’s ex-husband Kevin Federline. An official statement on her website reads: “This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.”
The statement goes on to state that an investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services has come to a close, and there should be no doubts as to whether this matter will be dismissed in the courts. But what do you think–could there be any truth to Flores’ allegations? Or is he just making this all up in a desperate attempt for attention?

The court should toss it out. They should investigate him, what was he doing during all this supposed child abuse? Standing in a corner like a servant. Gimme a break.

Gimme a freaking break, your opening line shows intense bias. Britney has done nothing wrong. This lousy SOB and excuse for a bodyguard is looking for his 15mins of fame. People have tried over and over again to exploit Britney and now he wants to add to it. She was not crazy. The court should do more than toss it out. They should check the SOB´s background, remand him in custody for as long as possible and then some lawyer should charge him with defamation. Britney Spears is already pretty and if she wanted sex, could easily have it. Seriously manhunt, if you are going to write a blog, be objective and do not britney bash—its very old and tired, especially when it is the SOB´s word against hers.

That’s BS. I mean, we cannot believe everything we hear and if the case has been already closed it’s because they found no veracity on what the bodyguard said.

I can’t believe you would publish this. Like Jackson says your first sentence clearly shows bias and the picture is just plain rude. You’re making fun of someone who has a severe mental health problem and for that fact hasn’t spoken publicly in years. Not to mention that there isn’t even a need to post this anymore after both her ex and DCFS have come to defend her already.

Okay so call me fruity, nelly, girly…whatever. I happen to really like Britney. She exploded when I was in my teens and was a cultural phenomenon. Fame comes with a price and people are ALWAYS going to be after something. Try living EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of your life in front of the camera for the whole world to see and try NOT to have a lil nervous breakdown. Leave the poor girl alone.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teasooon salt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup fresh or frozen thawed blueberries, rinsed
Preparation:
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl; add milk and melted butter. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix until batter is smooth and stir in blueberries. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake on hot greased griddle.
Makes 12 pancakes.

2nd. Why did it take so long for him to speak up if he felt children were in danger? Why did he not speak to the authorities before selling the story to The Sun (biggest load of crap ever)
Anyway, Britney is very much a gay icon, if you disagree with the post all you have to do is ignore it, no need to be bitter and cranky about it, no one forces you to read it.
That picture was taken at the lowest point in her life, when she had her kids taken away from her, shaved her head and still had cars following her and cameras flashing everywhere. Let’s see how most of us would deal with that. An plus, she still came out on top with a #1 Album, #1 Single and highest grossing tour of 2009 for a female artist.
The “Self Proclaimed Living Legend…” part is getting old. You guys put it on every Britney post.
However she is the biggest selling artist of the last decade (’00 – ’09) and a pop culture icon, so I guess living legend is not a bad title for her 😉
