The Colourist‘s “Little Games” sounds like a lot of songs on modern rock radio. If you threw it on a playlist with Grouplove, Young The Giant or Two Door Cinema Club, nobody would bother to blink an eyelash over the transition. It’s upbeat, catchy as fuck and, with proper promotion, it’s destined to become a hit.
Things have been pretty glum in Boston since WFNX went off the air, yet this track managed to put a smile on my face… I guess, in a way, it reminded me of the songs they used to play on their station? This isn’t going to make sense to 99.9% of you reading this, so let’s just focus on what’s important.
