For the third week in a row, American Idol winner Kris Allen has topped our weekly countdown of the hottest men on the planet. But don't blame us if you're unhappy with this development! Whether you like it or not, you're the ones who voted him to the number one spot.
Not to mention that you're also responsible for the unfortunate demises of Aaron O'Connell, Felipe Roque, Alex Slater, Harijs Broza and Eddie. These five hunks couldn't gain enough votes to stay in the mix, and they were all sent packing. Perhaps they'll have better luck next time around…
So how exactly does the game work? I'm glad that you asked! Every Wednesday, we'll feature ten extremely sexy men to choose from. You can vote for up to two of these studs, and only the five with the greatest amount of votes will move on to the next round. The remaining five slots will be filled the following week by men who you've suggested, as well as a handful of hotties selected by your favorite bloggers (that would be us).
To keep things interesting, each participant will be retired after ten weeks on the charts. They have the opportunity of returning in the future, provided that they produce another hot video, photo shoot or anything worthy of a Manhunt Daily post.
Now let's forget about the rules for a second and focus on what really matters–who should be on top next week? You have until next Wednesday to get your votes in, so hop to it and make your vote count!
– Dewitt
To view this week's rankings and vote, follow the JUMP:
1. KRIS ALLEN (LW – 1, W4): A few of you have complained that Kris has had an unfair advantage in the past couple of weeks, thanks to the fake nudes we posted with his ranking. And since we don't always ignore your feedback, we thought we'd see what happens when the American Idol winner has to fight with his clothes on… Also, we totally ran out of fake nudes. Is anyone really good with Photoshop?
2. BERNARDO VELASCO (LW – 2, W6): If this Brazilian hottie weren't so freakishly attractive, we might feel bad for him. He only got to spend one week at the top of the countdown, until some dude with a guitar stole his thunder. With four weeks left until his retirement, there's still time for a comeback!
3. BEN COHEN (LW – 3, W8): Of course, Kris Allen isn't the only obstacle that's stopping Bernardo from making a comeback. Straight rugby hunk Ben Cohen was inches away from stealing his spot! And we can't help imagining what it'd feel like to have all those inches hitting our spots.
4. LEVI POULTER (LW – 4, W8): Size doesn't matter when you can take dick like Levi Poulter. He may not be the most well-endowed man on the countdown, but there's no denying that he's fucking gorgeous. And let's be honest–he's big enough to get the job done.
5. BUG HALL (LW – 10, W2): We were convinced that Alex Slater would be the one representing for the hairy boys. Clearly, we underestimated the power of a naked D-List celebrity. Yup, this is the same guy who played Alfalfa in the 1994 Little Rascals movie. Except now he's all grown up with a pierced cock.
6. TROY (DEBUT): Rest assured that you're not the only one who thinks there should be more diversity on the charts. We're giving you some serious ammo with Troy. On top of his gorgeous body, this personal trainer is also packing a humongous dick in his trousers. I mean, what more can you ask for in a man?
7. ISAC FIORAVANTE (DEBUT): From his perfect smile to his lightly hairy torso, this Brazilian model may give Bernardo Velasco a run for his money. He may look sweet and innocent, but just imagine what it'd be like to have him looking back at you on all fours. Or the other way around.
8. JUDAH GAVRA (DEBUT): Um, have you ever slept with a gymnast? Because I have, and they're fucking amazing in bed. Judah Gavra may not be working the parallel bars anymore, but he's still looking damn good. And we bet he's still pretty amazing in bed.
9. DANE COOK (DEBUT): Dane Cook may not be our favorite comedian or actor, but we can't ignore him when he takes his pants off. Though you wouldn't expect this guy to have an amazing ass, he's packing some serious booty in the back. We're not going to lie. We'd totally hit that.
10. TOMMY DEFENDI (DEBUT): Clean-shaven or stubbly? Top or bottom? Sucking or getting sucked? Most of you didn't care about the answers to these questions, as long as they were being asked about porn star Tommy Defendi. Let's see if his big dick and hairy rump are enough to gain him a place in the top five…
Troy all the way.
Definitely Troy…Judah’s a hottie too!
I have to agree, Troy is really hot.
shirtless Kris Allen from several years ago.

i’ll stop now
I voted 4 Troy & Levi although 4 obvious reason I don’t expect he ( Troy ) will go much further …
i also voted for troy but i’m holding out until dewitt and andy add those guys from the afghanistan lady gaga telephone video.
the larger guy has mad moves, and the first guy at the start of the video who dances with him, is not half bad either
Are people really voting for Kris? This seems rigged…
Also, the way you set up charts is flawed. You take away good people and songs and replace them with songs that people may or may not want on. You should give at least 15 choices and then choose the top 10 out of them and add a new 5 choices the next week, but keep the top 10.
i’d voted for troy as i said i would.
but i’m already able to see where this is going to go.
(dammit.)
the poll itself is insignificant..
..but what it will come to represent is what matters, to me.
i can, at least, say you tried, DW — you even put troy up first in the selections…
…i’m not quite able to see what’s so great about Kris, anyway.
(i liked the other one better, besides: Daughtry.
and, you still shouldn’t get me started on Michael Sarver.
“lick-a-licious,” indeed.)
Kris Allen is so hot. What makes him even hotter is that he’s completely unaware of how insanely good-looking he is. How did Adam keep his hands off of him?
I won’t vote for troy until he wears his pant where they belong and stop sagging so grungy.
First Off, Kris Is Not Good Looking At All, Quite Plain And Common.
Also Are We Having A “Vote For The Worst” Scam Here On the The Top Ten? I Guess It Worked on Several American Idol Seasons.
The pic of Bug Hall isn’t professionally done and he still looks kick ass. i’d let him.
Dewitt u should quickly post Greyson Michael Chance’s video here.
it’s the new viral hit and he sings you favourite Gaga’s Paparazzi.
he got like 8 mil hits since yesterday.

Where is Abel Ljoka?
Size matters. Troy and Tommy get my votes.
so you admit to posting fake nudes? Post your mailing address too so his lawyer knows where to send the lawsuit to…you jerkoff
firstly tom p dewitt acknowledged that the nudes were FAKE from the very begininng he never claimed that they were real, at anytime.
secondly blogs are protected by the freedom of information act.
thirdly dewitt admitted that they copied the fake image from another site.
so kris is going to sue for what exactly? copying and pasting fake pictures and saying that they are FAKE.
this is like someone from the caption this section suing over the photoshopped caption this photos.
really the case will be thrown out of court – some people are such drama queens.
if kris is going to sue for every fake picture of him out there – he is going to be busy and disappointed for a long time.
most celebrities have thousanda of fake, photoshopped pictures of them swirling around the net.
i was just looking at photoshop tutorials on the internet and in the beginner ones nearly every teenager has a photo of miley cyrus, where they’ve used the heal tool to take away her acne.
is she going to sue for that too.
LOL drama queen much
Alex, perhaps something has changed; however, Freedom of Information Act pertainins to obtaining documents from the Government not a privately held blog.
Posting information know to be not true or images that are not real could get some bloggers in legal trouble. More so with the number of hits on site, type of site, and how photo was used. So perhaps the person could surely sue, if this is not true then why are bloggers removing images upon receit of a cease order by attornies?
Bloggers are no different then a journalist who writes false information in their stories.
Some surely have been pissed in past that bloggers here fail to reveal if they are getting something in return for posting videos, sites, etc. Correct me if wrong this is required by federal law.
So perhaps many are just plain getting pissed off about attempts to increase the hit rate?
They are not protected by the freedon of information act…which law school taught you that? University of Palin? Second because someone else did it and you followed suit does not excuse the second source publishing them. And iof you look many celebs do sue and more should do the same…it does not forgive this miserable queen ‘s actions
@martin posting pictures that are not true and claiming they are TRUE – is what gets many bloggers into trouble.
posting a fake picture and stating that it is FAKE is an entirely different story.
secondly kris is a celebrity and as a PUBLIC performer and not a private citizen there are some things that come with the territory.
as mentioned kris, lady gaga, and miley cyrus are as we speak the subject of many photoshop tutorials where kids zombify them and add special effects etc.
theres one famous photoshop tutorial called zombify gaga and do you really think she’d sue or get to sue for that.
thirdly if kris did sue – people would wonder why he is reading or cares about what happens on a gay blog – it would stir up speculation.
@tom p many celebs sue for pictures that they have copyrighted and own the rights to, and they sue when bloggers use these pictures without paying them and/or obtaining permission first
they also sue if bloggers take FAKE pictures and claim that what happened in them was true.
this incident does not fall under any of those categories.
dewitt acknowledged the pictures were fake, from the get go, he also stated he copied them from somewhere else.
there are thousands of sites that do the kate goselin thing – photoshopping her hairdo onto the heads of celebrities like rhianna, kate winslet etc.
but they always state the disclaimer that they are photoshopping the hairdo onto the heads of the celebs.
do you really think any celeb would want to or be able to sue for that kind of thing and what dewitt did basically amounted to the same thing.
he would be setting himself up for public mockery and lose the case and create speculation where there was none before.
also take the case of vanessa hudgens and the photos of her naked being released at times when it is most damaging for her.
those were real photos of real events of HER, and she couldn’t sue, she had to copyright the photos FIRST which she did, so in future anybody using those photos would get in trouble.
secondly if someone takes those photos of her without permission NOW and draws fake spots on them and claims shes an alien from mars for some caption this contest – but they acknowledge the photo is fake and that the events of her coming from mars never took place.
she CANNOT sue for defamation due to the disclaimer where they acknowledge the events portrayed in the photo are fake – she can sue for using the photos without her permission since she has copyrighted them but that would carry a minimal penalty and be way more embarassing for her for making a fuss of a non-event
@Alex,
And your comment pertaining to FOI?
My point was that Kris COULD sue under certain circumstances rather than not at all which was alluded to. Would he sue, hardly; however, he sure could care what a blog, gay or not has to say. Face it, he has legal right to do it, will he prevail, all depends on damage, et.al. More so his time and other matters.
My point was that yes he can under circumstance and that a blanket he can’t does not apply.
yes i agree kris could sue under certain circumstances but dewitt’s original post did not fall under any of those circumstances
a) the original photo seeing as there are thousands of kris allen photos and the only part visible was the head – would have to be copyrighted by kris, proving that this was indeed a photo that kris owned would be tricky for kris’s legal team since they only have the head to work with, and there is sufficient reasonable doubt that it could have come from a photo which he doesn’t own the rights to
2) as mentioned dewitt stated the events in the photoshopped photo were false, so he couldn’t sue for defamation
3) i advise martin and tom p go and looks at the http://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers/legal/join
electronic frontier foundation
You Have the Right to Blog Anonymously. EFF has fought for your right to speak anonymously on the Internet, establishing legal protections in several states and federal jurisdictions, and developing technologies to help you protect your identity. With your support, EFF can continue to defend this right, conducting impact litigation to establish strict standards to unmask an anonymous critic in more jurisdictions.
You Have the Right to Keep Sources Confidential. In Apple v. Does, EFF is fighting to establish the reporter’s privilege for online journalists before the California courts. With your support, EFF can defend news bloggers from subpoenas seeking the identity of confidential sources in more jurisdictions.
You Have the Right to Make Fair Use of Intellectual Property. In OPG v. Diebold, Diebold, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic voting machines, had sent out copyright cease-and-desist letters to ISPs after internal documents indicating flaws in their systems were published on the Internet. EFF established the publication was a fair use. With your support, EFF can help fight to protect bloggers from frivolous or abusive threats and lawsuits.
You have the Right to Allow Readers’ Comments Without Fear. In Barrett v. Rosenthal, EFF is working to establish that Section 230, a strong federal immunity for online publishers, applies to bloggers. With your support, EFF can continue to protect bloggers from liability for comments left by third parties.
You Have the Right to Protect Your Server from Government Seizure. In In re Subpoena to Rackspace. EFF successfully fought to unveil a secret government subpoena that had resulted in more than 20 Independent Media Center (Indymedia) news websites and other Internet services being taken offline. With your support, EFF can hold the government accountable for investigations that cut off protected speech.
You Have the Right to Freely Blog about Elections. EFF has advocated for the sensible application of Federal Election Commission rules to blogs that comment on political campaigns. With your support, EFF can continue to protect political blogs from onerous campaign regulations.
You Have the Right to Blog about Your Workplace. EFF has educated bloggers on their rights to blog about their workplace and developed technologies to help anonymous whistle bloggers. With your support, EFF can help shape the law to protect workplace bloggers from unfair retaliation.
You Have the Right to Access as Media. EFF has educated bloggers on their right to access public information, attend public events with the same rights as mainstream media, and how to blog from public events. With your support, EFF can fight for bloggers’ right to access as media.
to be continued in the next post
if kris decided to SLAPP Manhunt Daily
SLAPP stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, and the Anti-SLAPP laws are designed to help people sued for legitimate, protected speech made about public issues. If you are sued because you wrote about an issue of public interest or concern, you may have been SLAPPed. The California Anti-SLAP Project and the First Amendment Project have excellent FAQs on Anti-SLAPP laws.
I think if i’m not mistaken dewitt blogs from massachusetts and invidual states have laws governing the SLAPP statutes and protecting dewitt and anybody in cyberspace.
massachusetts is particularly good at protecting bloggers from being SLAPPED.
so dewitt has the very strong anti-SLAPP laws protecting him in massachusetts.
dewitt is protected by freedom of speech laws (sorry i meant this when typing freedom of information)
dewitt is also protected by the very strong anti-SLAPP laws which are governed by individual states and massachusetts
he also has a right to blog about public figures and kris is a public figure not a private citizen. to the end that he doesn’t make defammatory statements about him – which the blog post was NOT since dewitt acknowledged that the events in the actual picture were fake from the start.
dewitt has the right to use none-copyrighted photos of public figures.
if kris is going to go around SLAPPing sites for events that they ackowledge to be fake, he will be sounding the death knell for his own career.
which media outlet will be eager to feature him if he gets sue happy reputation?
especially for cases which doesn’t fall under categories that he would or could actually win
just to add to tom p and martin
on other hand even though kris would definitely lose this suit, the media machine in me says it would be absolutely fabulous publicity for the blog to engage in a battle with him.
lose lose situation for him but win win situation for manhuntdaily
1) a the battle with a former idols contestant would feature on mainstream gossip sites – MH daily would get publicity and hits
2) gay guys would check the site out and be hooked by all the other entries on this site, other d list celebs would send their pictures and try to feature on the site.
straight women reading the other gossip sites would come and check out this site and might be hooked by dewitt’s antm posts and art content and pictures of hot, straight guys which this blog sometimes features, since this blog could attract a straight woman readership
3) lose lose situation for kris since the public would wonder why he cares so much about an event that was clearly declared to be false, and this might stir up speculation, he’d also more than likely lose the suit.
but dewitt and andy could find themselves being the next hot gay things on the block.
these kinds of battles mean publicity, and publicity means extra clicks on the blog, and that means extra advertising etc etc
(i see…)
It’s not rigged, but you are being messed with by a bunch of giggling fangirls. No one knows how to vote incessantly like an Idol fan. But hey, unless you have rules on who can vote, guess whoever wins wins.
(fuckin’ Fan Girls…)
@Alex,
That is exactly part of my point, you reference “Freedom of Information Act” as a basis for your statements, Which I know from experience is not applicable to this situation, unless MH became a government entity or were filing for information from a public official. Thank you for correcting your misstatement
whole lot of motherfuckers in the comment section taking manhunt daily way too seriously
Right on haha and seems like a few board online buddies people
point is kris could not sue and win for this martin
no he could file, correction seeing as we are being picky here, but he would not win, and besides killing off whats left of his career
i’m sure those fangirls who voted for him on idols who buy those cds and put pictures of him up on their blogs and fan sites would be thrilled by how sue happy he was.
a photoshopped picture of him on a white horse with a fan girl next to him and the fan girl acknowledging it was false but how she wished it might come true – might end up as the defendant in his next lawsuit.
sure way to kill buzz, especially if he was making a new album.
you know if i was him, i’d be grateful people were even acknowledging my existence – especially on a gay site since straight world has all but forgotten his name in favor of adam lambert.
Alex, what is your problem? You are taking this way too seriously. It’s a fun poll about hot guys. Why does 1 offhand comment someone said all of a sudden turn into a legal debate? I’m sure Kris has no effing idea he’s on this site and if he did he’d probably think it’s funny. Are you one of Adam’s fanatical fans in disguise?
huh? gabe i have no interest in adam lambert – i was just correcting martin and tom p’s – oh kris could sue for this non-event and potentially WIN which he could not. i wasn’t taking it seriously just stating a few legalties.
and excuse me for stating some legalties and kris’s current career in a nutshell.
adam lambert’s fanatical fan? okay then
I voted for Troy, so hot. I think Kris Allen is pretty but his reign needs to end soon.
Isn’t this poll supposed to be just for fun? Why are we arguing about the legal merits of whether or not Kris Allen can sue Manhunt for posting photoshopped pictures of him taking it up the ass?
Frankly, I find them hilarious, because now even websites outside the Idol blogosphere have picked up on Kris Allen and Adam Lambert’s BRO-mantic relationship.
Chill out people!! It’s just a poll. And I highly doubt he’ll care that he’s on this poll. If you think this is bad, you should read some of the fanfic that’s written about him and Adam! =)
LOL, Alex I never said he could “Win,” that would be decieded by a jury of his peers or summary judgement. You sparked my response stating “Freedom of Information Act,” was applicable in this instance, but rather then correcting your error, you went on a posting campaign. I responded AFTER your stupid remarks!
Citing case law that would be applicable at various state levels, however, I did not see any citings indicating these rulings were made by US Supreme Court or the District Circuit Court for Mass. Further, most of what you copied and pasted is not applicable to the issue at hand.
You act more as if you are a person employeed by OnLineBuddies than a casual poster.
God some of you are ridiculous
i’m somewhat happy that our Troy is now doing a bit better than expected, although it’s still not enough to keep him around.
Interesting with all the comments there is nothing from Dewitt or Andy on the subject. Maybe the person was right that Alex is one of them in disguise or works for MH. In any event funny how they never address blog issues like this and endorse/promote products when it is brought up.
Um… Adam didn’t keep his hands off him & that’s just the way Kris likes it.
If you ~really want to start a catfight, put Adam Lambert in your poll…and watch a horde of batshit crazy glamberts descend on your site. ;D
