I think it’s good that you’re concerned about those things, but it seems like your paranoia might be causing you more fear than you need. HIV and Hepatitis aren’t spread via kissing or spitting, and models at men.com are rigorously tested for STDs, so I don’t worry very much about the guys on this site spreading infection. In fact, it seems like men.com is one of the last safe-sex sites out there. As far as ebola, I don’t think these guys are at any higher a risk of contracting that than you or I are just because they do porn.
Spit is considered a bodily fluid, yes, but is very rarely the bodily fluid that transmits the diseases about which you are concerned. I’m not going to call you ignorant, but some education might help.
