My ex-boyfriend once called me out on a face I used to make in photos. Every time a camera came near my face, I’d squint in its direction and put on this very particular “model” face. I can’t really explain it that well, but I feel like it’s the type of thing you’d see Michael Lucas doing all the time. Scrunched up, vaguely angry and attempting to be sexy.
Except I didn’t quite possess the right brand of “sexy” to pull it off. Shortly after my intervention, I became hyperconscious of this facial expression.
