If you took Katy Perry‘s “Teenage Dream“, put it through an Instagram filter and gave it a ’90s indie rock throwback makeover to sound literally nothing like the original, then you’d get Veronica Falls‘ similarly-titled “Teenage”. The song was one of two official singles released from the English quartet’s February 2012 release Waiting for Something to Happen, and while it’s not quite as addictive as fellow album track “Broken Toy“, every nostalgic bone in my body longs to listen to music like this all day long.
